Yes I know two blogs in one day but I had to get on this one before I have nobody to tag like the last time. Just make sure you don't miss my real running blog for the day below this one!
Chris has tagged me to write six random things about myself:
1. I have lived in more states and cities than I can count on two hands or rather than I can remember.
2. I have worked at a few television and radio stations in the Twin Cities area and anchored a few shows.
3. My boyfriend's dog, Duke, likes to chew on my arm.
4. I absolutely love laying out on the beach.
5. I broke my pinky toe on my right foot twice in freak accidents. The second time it was sticking out from my foot and now it is always a red color and a bit larger than normal.
6. I really suck at multitasking and frequently get "scatterbrain" while communicating and completing tasks.
I have to tag 6 people : Emilie, alien, Suebob, Irish Cream , Miss Ally Cat and Don. Here are the rules:
link to the person who tagged you.
post the rules on your blog.
write six random things about yourself.
tag six people at the end of your post.
let each person know they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog
let the tagger know when your entry is up.
Have fun!

Great stuff, Rachel. Wow, people are really tossing some personal stuff out there. An anchor huh? For what kind of show?
By the way, when are you going to come over to the VRC?
I anchored a small segment called "What's Happening" a few times for a local cable network. And then I anchored a weekly hour newscast on my college radio station. And worked at our NBC affiliate here, Kare11.
As far as the VRC, I could join but my runs are kind of already scripted persay?
ok, ok, I have done my duty and posted 6 random facts about myself...
KARE11 is right down the road from me (literally, I can see the doppler from my front porch). So, do you know Sven? I saw him out running near Excelsior one day...we were like "that guy looks like Sven...oh, cuz that IS Sven" Ok, so I guess you had to be there...
I used to work with Sven on Saturdays but I never really had a conversation with him. He seemed like a pretty cool guy though.
I appreciate being tagged. Really, those introspective exercises are interesting. I'll do it someday. Probably.
I am so far behind on my blog reading and comment responding! So sorry this is so late. About the VRC, it is more about accountability. We no longer have restrictions on when you run, just on the number of times you run (have to run at least 4 times a week). Mostly a support system to help keep you motivated. It is a lot of fun!
