Cherish Every Moment

Friday after work I received a call from Andy saying that his brother had died in a snowmobile accident. He was 22. For the short time that I was starting to get to know him, he always had a smile on his face. Even this summer when we were roofing in sweltering heat. He was there to help his brother. We don't have enough people like him around and it is amazing to read about all of the lives that he touched. I ask you today to cherish every moment that you have with your family members. You never know when they will be gone.

Rachel, I am so sorry to hear this news. I want to send you, Andy, and his family my very deepest condolences. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to lose a loved one in such a sudden way. My thoughts are with you all.

My deepest condolences. That is terribly sad, but it sounds as if Andy is enjoying a much better place.
